Let the Writing Lab Technicians help you to never be wrong!

The Curriculum Materials Library, in conjunction with the College of Professional Studies, is happy to announce our new partnership with the UWF Writing Lab.  With financial support from the Graduate Studies department and COPS, we have a Writing Lab Assistant in the Curriculum Materials Library twice weekly.  The satellite Writing Lab is active on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Appointments can be made by calling 474-2438 or in person at the information desk in the CML.  Walk-ins are taken in the event of last minute cancellations.


Services available at the Writing Lab @ COPS Curriculum Materials Library are:  Brainstorming, paper tutoring, grammar check reading, documentation assistance, final draft paper reading, and group paper reading.  Appointments are normally one hour and the student would work one-on-one with the Writing Lab Assistant.  You will need to bring a printed copy of your assignment and paper to the session.  This can be conveniently done at the Curriculum library. We are located in Building 86, Room 105.  Don’t wait too long to register for an appointment.
